Starters and Leavers Processes Review

The East of England Development Agency (EEDA) required a review of their new starter induction process. The project included:

  • working with the HR team to improve methods of information sharing using the technology available
  • the creation of Best Practice documentation for computer software and equipment used at EEDA, which is now issued to all starters
  • the development of One 2 One training programmes to be delivered by internal trainers to new employees
  • the development and delivery of group refresher training sessions to existing staff
